Aquatics 

Treehouse offers many different opportunities within our Aquatics department.  Whether you want to just relax in the pool or attend one of the FREE  group fitness classes.  We also offer  additional programs including swim teams and a variety of swim lessons.

    • Swim lesson schedules follow year-round school schedules
    • Group lessons are 1/2 hour each.
    • Scheduled Classes:
      Monday & Wednesday: 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM
      Tuesday & Thursday : 10:00 AM & 11:00 AM
    • Create a Class: Semi Private or "Group" Private
    • Members, please bring your *nonmember friend (for a small additional fee per class)
    • Private Classes are also available
    • There are also stroke clinics and technique classes available.
    • We also offer private swimming lessons afternoons and evenings.

AQUATIC GROUP FITNESS CLASSES INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

  • AQUA BABIES:  Combines a low-impact/light weight lifting water workout with an aquatics adventure that will help your child with water adjustment skills. Mom's, Dad's, even Grandma's and Grandpa's are invited to share an adventure that will keep you fit and prepare your child for future water experiences.  Whether your child weights 8, 10, or even 30 pounds...don't forget to bring your "weights"!  Come and enjoy some quality playtime with your child while you receive the benefits a a great workout!
  • COACHED LAP SWIM and ADULT LAP SWIM 101 (ADULT ONLY):  Perfect if you are new to lap swimming, cross-training, or established lap swimming!  Coaches will provide stroke technique and challenging workouts for beginner to master level swimmers. If you are looking to add variety to your fitness regimen or improve swimming skills and times, this class is for you!
  • AQUA AEROBICS & SATURDAY SPLASH:  A non-impact workout in the swimming pools great for toning and increasing cardiovascular endurance.
  • AQUA CHALLENGE:  Water workout for any fitness level using different equipment such as tethers, fins and gloves to get the maximum cardio and resistance from the water.  This is the perfect workout if you want to push yourself to the next level. Also great for building muscle and bone density.
  • YOGA AFLOAT:  A 30 minute class in the pool using flowing Yoga movements and poses that are held for 30-60 sec. in both shallow and deep water.  This class will help relieve stress and fatigue and reduce tension in the hips, back, shoulders and neck.

We offer year round swimming lessons for all levels and abilities.

SUMMER TAC SWIM TEAM
The Treehouse Athletic Club swim team runs mid May through July competing in the local Country Club League.

  • The swim team is for ages 6-17 and is only available to children and grandchildren of Treehouse members with Family Memberships.
